Course Description



CDL Class B 40 Hour Driver Training

The student will learn how to perform vehicle inspections and basic parking maneuvers on the range portion of the course. After completing the range portion of the course, students will learn how to drive on public roads.

Classes are held Monday- Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm or 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday - Thursday for 2 weeks 

There is no financial aid assistance available for this course. You are not required to make application to the college. 

The following charges are NOT included in the cost of the class tuition and are not paid to the college with tuition:              

                CDL Permit Written Test at DDS

                Class B CDL License Fee

                CDL Retest (if necessary)

            DOT Physical

            DOT Drug Screen

There is a prerequisite to the course. You must obtain your Class B permit before the first day of class. You must also take and pass a DOT drug screen and obtain a DOT Physical.
