Nakiyah began her career in the classroom, where she honed her ability to create learner-centered environments that meet the needs of diverse audiences. She now applies that same expertise at Turnkey Solutions, a citizen experience consulting firm, where she supports training, organizational development, and customer experience projects for public sector clients. Her work includes facilitating focus groups, assessing training needs, co-developing curriculum, and delivering interactive workshops designed for immediate real-world application.
